That would not be a problem with this plugin, the lang files are handled by Oxide. We'd need to know what steps you took exactly to setup the lang file though in order to help you.

The chat icon is set using the Steam ID of a user profile on Steam.

You can leave it if you have "Display Steam Avatar of Player" set to true
