Welcomer will announce the new name given by Admin Deep Cover but not the icon in chat. This will blow the cover of the admin because the Welcome message will show the original steam icon but when the admin sends a message in-game the steam icon will not match the welcome message.

Now I could use the ignore perm but the players would notice eventually if not immediately.

We can use the welcomer.bypass permission for admins to join/exit without the announcements
