Please add an option to change the welcome message for a player that isn't known to the server yet, kinda like the Noob Messages plugin! So we can differ between new or returning players.

There are a couple ways to do this, I would like for you to tell me how you'd want it done? Do you want all players who have connected to be put in a list that can be cleared at any time?

I'd say yeah, you should be able to clear the list at any time for people that want to use it for other reasons but I honestly don't see any reason to have to wipe the players who've joined cause... well that kinda defeats the purpose of the feature you know?
Large data files would-be the only reason
I would use permissions then.
Has anything come of this yet? I would really like this option too. The way i see it working would be this:
New player to the server receives a different welcome message. (New player welcome message enabled: true|false)
Join message for a new player to the server is also different to the usual Join message and can be used independantly of the usual Join message. (i.e. I want the new player Join message enabled, but don't want Join message after that.) (New player Join message enabled: true|false)
Option to wipe player data with wipe (Clear player date with wipe enabled: true|false)
Data files could be an issue in getting large, I would prefer to have the option to use a MySQL database to manage that, but data files would also be OK. Maybe an option to use one or the other?
That's just what I would like to see, if possible.
