I fully wiped my server, re-installed Rust, updated it, setup oxide, but I still can't get Welcomer to work.

Does anyone else have this problem?

Edit: I keep backups of plugins, configs, lang, and data folders. Whenever I wipe, I would just copy back the files with those settings. I tried not copying the configs or lang folders, but the problem persists.
