Dear Creator,

My plugin stopped working since yesterday at 1 AM, since then I was asleep. In the Morning my moderator told its not working so I removed the whole plugin and config file and redownloaded again, it says loaded correctly on my RCON. 
But nothing is showing in chat.

I just noticed it is only not working for me and my moderator, what can I do ?

Did you grant the welcomer.bypass permission by mistake?

I don't think that has existed in this plugin for many many months.

but we have many welcome join and leave plugins and on no plugin runs country

last night I've had the same issue occur as you, suddenly now the welcome message and the online/offline messages have stopped working, re-installed plugin and config and even tried reloading plugin nothing. Says its loading up just fine but isnt doing anything??

okay for some reason admin automatically had the bypass active, only realised when I run below command, never ran it before even to set it for anyone else... so this might fix your issues:

oxide.revoke group admin welcomer.bypass

you might want to try keeping a copy of the config and the language file, then oxide.unload, delete the files from your /oxide/ folders ie /oxide/lang/en/ oxide/config/ then oxide.reload that way all configs and lang files are refreshed.

I suspect maybe you had an old version from before it was added, so hopefully the above will help you.

this is not the problem. the problem is this error:
[ConnectMessages] WebRequest to http://ip-api.com/json/ failed, sending connect message without the country.


the page (http://ip-api.com/json/) is down or link is wrong ... this is, why the plugin never shows country

no because it works for me from the day I installed it (over 6 days now), not seen it fail at all.
