so player may not able to see the welcome message by him self(since there was a long time loading procdure even the loading screen finished(I think it's more obviously when the game running on a low performance machine) before player actually get up and chat message gonna disappear for a short time)?
Actually I was changing your 1.4 code into below and it works good until now(hope you don't mind)

Using the previous version isn't a good idea since I wrote it months ago and it's a little unoptimized
