Making image smaller, more centered?

Hi

The image is all over the screen but I would like to make is smaller and centered.
How would I do this ?
There are some anchor settings in config file but I dont know what values to enter here

Also I think there is a mistake in config file

"Anchor min (left bottom coordinate)": "0 0",
"Anchor min (right top coordinate)": "1 1",

Shouldn't the second Anchor be max instead of min ?

Exactly. I like how no required image size is given. This developer's plugins always seem to lack proper documentation or solutions to issues in the forums.
