For this plugin : Pools. Add an option that can check and fill and pools it finds on the server after X time?

For the Composter Plugin : Splitter. So I can throw crap at the composter the same way one throws ore at FurnaceSplitter.

I probably won't add pools to this plugin, because it's more aimed at boosting active water collectors, especially for farming. Should be easy enough to accomplish separately though.

I haven't looked into composters, but I don't see why that wouldn't be possible.
