Hi,
i would like to warp away random sleepers, but only sleepers on the streets.

I have seen that there is an "outside/inside"-flag. Is it possible to only warp outside-sleepers?

Sometimes i want to see if a sleeper has ever built anything on the map. (teleport2owneditem <id>)
If he did not built anything, i'd like to warp this "homeless"-sleeper to a shelter. for example.

That'd be amazing :)
