I would like to give the warcopter via console to the player by using it's location. Is it possible?

What do you mean by location?
For example, I could use player location like Server rewards.
So I could use on server console: warcopter fighter 130,20,90. Something like this.
Also without plugins, when I give a mini to a player I type: spawnat minicopter 130,20,90.
