Would I need to reach out on bgrade (by Ryan) support to get that plugin working with this one? Doesn't appear to work for me with building materials config loaded.

If you want to auto upgrade building blocks for free, BGrade already has an option for that.

Thanks for the reminder, totally forgot about that. Only issue I'm seeing now is this is spammed in logs.

Calling hook OnPayForPlacement resulted in a conflict between the following plugins: BGrade - False (Boolean), VirtualItems (True (Boolean))

Ok looks like I might be doing something wrong in Virtual Items since I don't think that conflict should ever take place. I will look into it in the next few days.
