We are having problems with a few players that have the VIP NO DECAY. The wallpaper keeps disappearing due to no mats in the TC. Putting mats in the TC defeats the object of having NO DECAY. Is there a way possible to prevent the TC from needing mats for the wallpaper to stay put?
