I'm confused by this mod.  I installed it in my plugins and it says it's loaded, but it doesn't appear to be working.  I don't see a config file.

any suggestions or instructions?

This plugin, like many others, has no configuration. If you can share which specific aspect of the plugin's functionality you expect to be able to configure, please share that so that a developer can consider implementing it.
