This plugin prevents Guns bought at bandit from coming with the 4 bullets they normally come with.
Guns don't come with ammo after adding this plugin.

This appears to simply be a display issue, unrelated to this plugin.
While investigating, I was not able to reproduce any case where the guns didn't actually have 4 bullets, with or without the plugin installed. However, I did notice that sometimes the gun appeared to have no bullets, when it in fact did have 4 bullets. I determined the gun actually had bullets two ways. First, I clicked the button to unload the ammo, and verified that 4 bullets were added to my inventory. Second, when reproducing the display issue again, I simply moved the gun between my main inventory and belt, which caused the displayed ammo amount to update immediately. Based on the observed behavior, it appears to be simply a timing issue with the vanilla networking.
Please let us know if either of you have proof that the guns in fact don't have any bullets.
