Is it possible to add a helicopter that players could fly with?

Not the chinook, the normal one.

Well, I would like the players to be able to buy a licence for the helicopter, not the chinook that is already in your plugin.

Yes but if you spawning a car with your console (not with plugin), you are able to mount this one. Are you sure is possible with helicopter

I know that there are plugins which give you the ability to fly that one.
