Hello there!

I watched players on my server abuse their license for large modular cars by fitting the car with 4 storage modules and using it as a teleporting device to move large amounts of loot from a raided (cave-)base to their own base in absolute safety. Could you please add an option to block all spawning and recalling inside of all bases including own base? That would be really awesome!

LOL ... on our server, we encourage this behavior.  But, I can see how this could be considered a problem to others.  Until this is addressed, I could suggest you not allow Recall by elimenating the command on line 41 - or make the Recall Cooldown time like 24 hours so they can spawn it in, but wait a full day to spawn it back to their base.
