Wondering if there is a param to modify the speed of vehicles ?

Not all of the vehicles, no. The Tugboat, Attack Heli, Scrap Heli, and Minicopter all have speed modifiers, but nothing else. These are in the config of the plugin and are under each plugins individual settings.
