I've noticed horses do not decay for non licensed horses, but all other non licensed vehicals decay. Is there a way to only make licensed horsed not to  decay and make the rest decay? Thank you. 

Do you try to unload this plugin and check to see if the horse decays?

I think other plugins have prevented decay of non licensed horses

I'll have to relook I dont have any other plugins that disables decay

I dont have any other plugins that dont allow decay 

I believe, there must be, if you don't believe, please uninstall all the plugins except VehicleLicense

I tried this: As soon as I uniunstall vehical licensed I can kill any horse on the server 

Kill? Aren't we talking about the decay of the horse?

decay kill same thing you can't kill a horse anywhere and horses dont decay for non licensed horses

Hmm OK I've unloaded every plugin and tested on my test server and it does the same thing I can kill and horses decay untill I load the license plugin then horses do not decay or can't be killed... I guess I'll live with it... Maybe add so we can choose say for like the horse its own decay on and off? If not no worries dont want to put any stress on you.. Still love the plugin.

for vehicle license yes it is set to true as I dont want licensed only vehicals to decay

Now the question is when you load the plugin, does the normal horse not decay?
