Would be nice if this had an option for all vehicle locks to mimic the vanilla modular car feature of being able to break the lock by damaging vehicle health down to some threshold.

I'd like to still encourage people to store their stuff in a proper garage, plus it would prevent weirdoes from being able to grief random stuff.
