I gave the default oxide group the permissions vehicledeployedlocks.codelock.allvehicles and vehicledeployedlocks.keylock.allvehicles but noone else but me can put them on their vehicles.

Do players see a permission error when they attempt to place a lock, some other error, or nothing at all? Which vehicles have you tried? Have you tried both deployment methods (command and direct deployment with the lock in hand)?
