Hey it´s not possible to lock horse´s as it was before the update.

it is the new horse that is preventing it, other horse related plugins broke too.

I know but maybe someone has a fix.

we can only hope the dev has 1 soon.

Its been fixed actually,. I found I was spawning horse in manually with spawn testridablehorse and NOT rideablehorse2. Wasnt aware they modified the horse!
