In the latest version, only the player who deployed the lock will be able to unlock it, even if they are team members.
An error log will be displayed stating that the player is not part of a team.
The same thing happens even with the default settings.

This plugin doesn't send any message to players regarding being in a team, so the issue must be caused by another plugin. When Vehicle Deployed Locks blocks access to the vehicle, the player will see only the message "That vehicle is locked". If you don't see that message, that means that Vehicle Deployed Locks allowed access, so another plugin must have blocked access.

Have you tested with all other plugins unloaded?
