Was not sure to add here or on mega drones but seem's to not lock players out of mega drone no more.

Have you tried unloading all but the essential plugins (Vehicle Deployed Locks, Mega Drones, Drone Scale Manager, Entity Scale Manager)? This will help determine whether another plugin is conflicting.
