I just read the chat on my server and a player can't place a lock on a tug boat. You could place one on a tug boat before the wipe. I can go on the server and test later, but anyone else having this? They get an error that says they don't have permission. 

it looks like he didn't realize you needed a code lock, not a regular lock.

You can enable key locks separately from code locks, if you want.
