players are going on to my car life and removing locks then stealing the car i have with loot in etc, the config is small so there is nothing to avoid this from happening :(

Can you elaborate on how to reproduce this issue?

You probably have another plugin which is causing this behavior. Test the plugin without any other plugins loaded. Once you confirm that works, slowly introduce plugins until you identify which ones causes this issue.

I wouldn't assume that a plugin causing vehicle issues is a necessarily vehicle plugin. It's very easy for a plugin developer to mishandle a hook, or to simply follow poor design, causing unwanted side effects to things that users would not expect.

I don't understand what the video is supposed to explain. Your original post mentions cars, but the video only shows minicopters, and there are no locks on either minicopter. The chat feedback you see when attempting to mount that minicopter is sent by Vehicle License, so not sure what that has to do with Vehicle Deployed Locks.
