Players are able lock the Ranch Horses on display before even buying them, and greief the server by doing so.

For now, consider configuring the plugin to require vehicle ownership to place locks, which will prevent this abuse. If your players don't have ownership, install Vehicle Vendor Options and grant players the corresponding ownership permission.
