Yes, I noticed this after releasing snowmobile support. This issue might not be easy to fix without new hooks, so will probably not be able to fix until next month. This also affects other attachments, such as containers added by Vehicle Storage.

One thing I will probably need to fix as well, is preventing reskinning when the owner is locked out. Come to think of it, I could also disallow skinning if there is a lock, which might simplify the solution a bit (though it doesn't really help for the Vehicle Storage case). Still requires new hooks though.
