That is only on the staging version of Rust. I typically release the updated version of plugins at the time of the Rust update (tomorrow) to avoid people reporting compilation errors if they update or install the updated version too early. If you want to get update early, you can download it from the GitHub repo since I pushed the update there a few days ago.
