Hi there! So I installed this plugin and added the following permission to the 'default' group on my server. 

• vehicledecayprotection.nodecay.ridablehorse

However Horses still seem to decay even tho when the group/player has this permission it's meant to have no decay.

Have you verified those horses are owned by players? There are some notes in the plugin documentation about how ownership works.

Ahh I see so it requires another plugin to grant ownership. Gotcha. Thanks for the quick reply!
