Are you planning to program such plugins for Valheim?
BetterStack = Allows setting the max stack size of every item.
BetterTrader = The trader can be configured via a configuration file. "Buy, sell price & sell quantity"
TimeChanger = Alters the day and night duration.

I'm not sure all of that is possible serverside. The time one is, but unsure about the others.
