After a new Update today from steam, the Server is not running anymore.

It's annoying when people state "This no work anymoar!" without any issue description at all.
Well, luckily for ardonos, I have the same issue.
I stopped the server, used umod -APf
, launched the server (umod l
), found out it didn't update it. I used umod u -f
to force an update, which seems to have worked, because now the server is crashing on umod l
.
@Niemand i belive that the umod dev team knows whats with the meaning of after steam update for valheim is not working anymore^^
umod needs to be update, thats what i wrote... and i guess with that information its all clear. (Thanks for buthering me)
@ardonos Doesn't matter. Always give all the information you got and your steps to reproduce your error, even while you think they know.

We are aware when it needs updates, there's no need to create posts asking for updates. If an update hits at 5am, we generally won't see it until we wake up though.

As far as the uMod update, would need to see the specific errors you saw for that, not the plugin error.

I honestly don't know what the problem is you are having, because I've not seen anything that indicates an issue. The logs look fine, the only mention you had was during updating, but nothing about the actual "database error" you had.RustyRootDo you want access to my server?

I just use umod only because of 10+ slots plugins and discord alerts, nothing more.
But i'm always facing problems (not in all updates, but almost all...)
This time is not working anymore, so i will stop using umod for now.
When it is finally stable, i'll think about using it again.
