Reintroduce support for Unturned

Hello,

RocketMod has been discontinued and at the moment there is no other options, and maybe a good time to either take on a fork of RocketMod on re-introducing support for Unturned 3.0 as many servers will be looking for support.

We never really stopped supporting Unturned, it just hasn't been a priority nor advanced much being as RocketMod existed. We do keep our uMod builds up-to-date for Unturned though, but those are not available for use yet until we release uMod.

We've had many clients requesting uMod support for unturned, with rocket gone there is no other framework that offers mod support for the game.
