Is the Queu capacity the number that can get into your server before the Que begins?
So if I have a 200 slot server and I want 25 paid VIP slots, the Que Capacity is 175?

The queue capacity simply stops MORE than the given `queueCapacity` amount of people from being in the queue at one time.
For example, if the queue capacity is 50, and a person tries to join the queue, it will reject them, unless they have have a permission given in `permsAffectedByQueueCapacity`.
Limiting the number of VIP slots like you want currently isn't a feature.
Thanks bobakanoosh. So like the big servers where you can get into a que of 150 (rustafied and rusty moose) have this set really high? Is there any reason not to set it high? like 100?

Again sorry for the slow response. No there's no reason not to set it high. This feature is completely optional and most servers (including mine) disable it. The goal of this plugin was to condense every queue plugin into one complete plugin.
