So a raffle kicked off...i had 77 scrap.

i joined the raffle /raffle and I got an error saying 'insufficient scrap, please make sure 20 scrap is in your inventory'
then i moved the 77 scrap to my belt, and tried raffle again and it said 'the next raffle is in 16 minutes'

Hi there, noted on the issue and fixed it already. Update to the newer version.
