The plugin is no longer filtering was working fine then all of sudden stopped. I tried to log to the console to see if it was an action problem, but it's not even registering. I tried wiping my config to default and data files. Nothing is registering or working. Di something change with the hook? I do not use betterchat

If you are using any non-universal plugin that overrides the chat, it won't filter chat. This isn't really a plugin issue, rather something we'll have to address in Oxide.

Ok so whenever I type a banned word, it gives a warning, it **** it out, but it still also displays the bad word.

That would generally mean you have another chat plugin installed. Could you search all of your plugins (use Notepad++ or similar) for OnPlayerChat and OnUserChat.
I listed the plugins I have in use above in the pastebin. I just removed every single plugin except for Ufilter and this still happens.Wulf

I tried it with o.unload all and then loaded only UFilter. Then I loaded BetterChat and still same behavior.

Was able to reproduce the issue when using Better Chat. Working on a fix.
I've read all the threads available I believe and I've checked our plugin list there doesn't seem to be anything that doesn't seem to be wrong or that doesn't communicate with better chat could you possibly help us I'd preferably like to censor out racism and discrimination on our servers and it'd be a really big help if we could get this working but for some reason whatever I put it doesn't want to censor the word it' self
