Im a bit baffled as to how i get it to create a config file. Ive dropped it into the plugins folder in oxide, tried refreshing plugin, restarting server, but cant seem to get it to create a config file. Sorry if this is a stupid question, im out of touch with all this.

Sometimes you have to refresh your FTP files system for the new config to show up.  If this is not the case make sure the plugin is in the correct folder and verify that it is loaded by running the command: plugins in rcon

This also depends on the Twitch plugin, so it won't create that or be loaded if you don't have the proper setup.
