so looking through the plugin page it has a load of options/rules, and id like to enable "TwigDamage - Allows players to damage any twig building blocks regardless of authorization (to encourage sound building practices)" but im unsure how this parameter or any others is to be added to the config file and where.

does anyone have an example?
