heya. nah not possible with your config because of AuthorizedDamage and AuthorizedDamageRequiresOwnership

is there a way to protect just building bases? if i remove AuthorizedDamage and AuthorizedDamageRequiresOwnership?

or it will turn just a regular pvp. like raid bases available

i just want protect bases ,traps and everything else, raidable.

it is protected without those flags. those flags are what allow damage.
