Allow MLRS to damage NPCs

I was wondering if there is a way to allow damage to npcs via the MLRS.  I fired it once on an "event" and didn't notice any of the NPCs (scientists) taking any damage.  I can shoot the scientists and kill them, no problems there.  It just looks like the MLRS doesn't do any damage.

Anyone have a suggestion, or am I just missing something simple?

this happens when the initiator for the mlrs rocket is lost. so essentially the plugin doesn't know which player fired the rockets. 

this is addressed in the next update. I wouldn't call it a bug, because this is how it's designed natively in Rust's code. I just created a workaround so the initiator is never lost.
