so for some reason i get died to suicide when im offline but have it set to where im safe when offline and i log off in a safe place any advice please. thanks

If you have vanish installed, the config options might make it so you clip through the floor upon logoff

Specifically:

"Keep a vanished player hidden on disconnect": true,

Might try setting to false. Might fix it might not, but something tells me this isn't a TruePVE problem. If you have ANY plugins that do not allow sleepers on your server, that would also be something to look at

yea, sorry, this isn't a TruePVE problem. could be as Remedy mentioned, or you are logging off in a safe zone, or you are logging off inside terrain, or a plugin is killing you, etc

we log off in a base in a safe location on top of a bed 1 admin dies within 10 mins of logging off everytime

it's either not a safe location (because you keep dying...), or a plugin is killing you as I've said. it's not TruePVE
