Is there a way to set the Heli to damage the building or buildings of the person taking heli that they are authorized on but not damage surrounding bases that they are not authorized on?

no, i discussed this in more detail in another thread as well but not sure which =D basically it requires its own plugin because theres a lot of factors to take into account so that it works properly
