how do i disable damage to building, constructions and electric that i own?

i have done the command
tpve.def
but im still able to destroy building blocks and constructions that i own and or have tc privliges from

you cannot deal damage to those using the default configuration file. i typed the command and verified this, too

either you're using an unsupported version or have another plugin that is allowing this

now it works. updated it again.

thats just wierd. i updated it yesterday just to test. and i did the same to day and now it works.
