MLRS and TruePVE

With the MLRS being introduced with today's wipe, I was wondering how this would be handled by TruePVE. Has anyone tested it on a staging branch server to see if the MLRS rockets will damage players bases or if players can kill other players if the server uses TruePVE?

Has anyone tried the config info and gotten it to work?  I may have done something wrong, but it didn't seem to have any effect.
first part goes in Entity Groups, second part (one line) goes in Rules, correct?

My (non-working) config - no errors, everything else seems good, but mlrs is not protected against.  I have unloaded/reloaded the plugin.  I have NOT restarted the server (currently in use)

one more test and it works. no damage to base

update:  restarting the server (and applying the latest server update) seems to have fixed it.  most likely it simply wasn't accepting the new config for some reason.

another update:  I'm an idiot.  You can blow up your own stuff.  I've been testing with a pasted building.  This morning, I forgot to auth to the TC before firing and it didn't take any damage.  Just fired again after auth and it blew up.  Pretty sure that's working as designed.
