Flags for JPipes

ok sounds good

So the first one was a box I placed. It did no damage. The second one was the JPipe that I placed and it did damage even though it says block and return. So I had someone get on and placed a box and pipe himself. The second picture is that outcome after he hit mine first and then I hit his with a C4. Both did damage.

I can also make a video showing that it does do damage to JPipes and nothing else

Ok now it's not doing any damage, weird. Didn't change anything in the config either.

that sounds like a game bug as the damage is fully negated when it says it is blocked

there's a few game bugs around regarding damage. namely fireballs. i've asked the devs to fix the primary cause so here's hoping :D
