I am only looking for times where damage to entities and buildings is not able for those who didn't build them/are not authorized.
Everything else can stay PVP.

Can anyone help me with a config or ideas how to set this?
The config with its possibilites look overwhelming.

Is it necessary to use Zone Manager if I want this to have effect on the whole map?
