Players can't damage anything when mounted

After we updated to the new version. Our players cant damage anything when mounted ( Horse , heli , chair etc.. ) 

We use DynamicPVP too if that infomation matters.

Isn't that what these rules do? Which am I missing?

no, the rules contradict each other. this is explained in the documentation. these need to be changed from cannot to can. you will also need to use tpve.trace if you run into further issues to figure out what else is preventing the damage, if any

Sorry to come with this as well, but I worked through it following your instructions here and tried everything, but once mounted you can't kill any Scientists.
I also did the debugging and it didn't find any errors.
What's even weirder is that I could kill boars without any problems, but the Scientists didn't work either. I have set the config like the others that player can't kill other player but everything can kill Scientists. Also I tried as you described with player can hurt mini, but that unfortunately did not work. And it's really only a problem when you're mounted, otherwise everything works as it should and I really love this mod. It would be enough for me if you could explain the logic of what is different in the background when a player is mounted than when he is without mini/horse. Then i can figure it out myself :)
Or if someone of the others can tell me if it worked for them, it would be cool to post it:) thank you so much!

it was fixed in 2.0.5. if it doesn't work then your config is blocking it. people having issues should be using the default config instead of trying to wing it :p
