I've looked everywhere to see how I can make the Raidable bases zones PvP and the rest of the map not. The closest thing I have to it is the "allow server pvp during events" but I only want those zones to authorize the pvp which they are not. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

This is not done in TruePVE. You must configure PVP in the RaidableBases plugin by editing your profiles in oxide/data/RaidableBases/Profiles and changing Allow PVP to true. Make sure you reload the plugin using o.reload RaidableBases.

If PVP isn't working then another plugin is blocking the damage, or it's not enabled.

It started working normally after I messed around with some files. Thank you for the response!
