When I download the file, going through this and uploading to jsonlint.com says it is not a valid json. Am i missing something in terms of extracting from a certain line down the code to a separate file to upload?

Oh aye , have used for other mods, skins etc, just wondering in the current version of this mods download where does the script actually start, my knowledge of these things is very limited at the best of times
