Way to test schedules?

so here's my config file. I was wondering if there's a way to check if it works.

sometimes the ruleset doesnt apply to the server. I have to manually reload. I

can you be more specific than just saying sometimes? what times in specific? at random? on specific days? etc

at random. the rulesets get mixed up (I can hit people in PVE zones). I thinks its because of my schedules.
