So out of the box it appears TruePVE is not allowing buildings to decay.  

Also out of the box Mini Copter is indestructible...  Anyone able to help with this?

truepve doesn't modify decay. you either have a plugin doing this, or a plugin using a hook that does this

remove the minicopter flag
